How can I explain Personal Development the easiest way?
How can I let people know the importance of making sure we evolve, grow and expand continously to achieve the fulfilment we naturally crave for as humans?
What is the one thing, majority of us have that we know what it feels like when its outdated? Glitchy and slow.
Cell phones, our mobile phones is what many of us hold in our hand each day and rely on to guide us, but what is we can use it to upgrade ourselves and update our systems?
What update are you currently on? Have you upgraded yourself lately?
"What other people think of you is none of your business,
What you think about yourself determines the quality of your life"
Read that a few times, as this quote is the very quote that is the basis of my confidence.
Once I let go of what other people think of me, I created a resilient self that knows that I have the control of my entirity. I can be influenced, impacted and inspired but it is still up to me to let the conditions, circumtances and enviroments affect my life.
Your IDENTI T.E.A is your current self. Your Thoughts, Emotions and Actions lead your life. YOUR not hers, not his, not theirs.
Although this is where the challenge is, your Inherited, Adopted Beliefs is embedded in your programming that you can mistake as your own values.
You must revise and pay attention on the things that no longer serves you, that belief that your grandmother has as a child, is not a belief that can be as valueable to you. As just like cell phones, humanity is evolving and progressing.
Its time to delete the inherited and adopted beliefs that is a bug, a virus in your operating system.
